half-housebroken question

i have a 4 month old english bulldog pup who will go to the door, bark, and make it known when he has to go out to go poop, but peeing is a different story. Everytime i take him out he goes, but he will still pee anywhere he is allowed to go, i just don't understand how he understands no pooping yet he will pee anywhere in the house. Anyone have any explanations or suggestions?

He's not housebroken yet. He's still a young pup. There's a stickied thread on top of this forum about housebreaking. You might get some tips there. You need to keep supervising him and preventing him from going inside. Keep at it. He needs more training.
