I have a 5 month old black shar-pei puppy that is so sweet and mellow...
Because I have four kids, the youngest being a maniacal 3 years old, I keep Cubby in the kitchen so that my son won't rile him up too much.
A little play is good - but not complete craziness! HA
Anyway, I just purchased a black and tan mini doxie (longhair) female that I do intend to breed.
What is the best way to introduce cubby (my shar-pei) to the doxie?
I won't be able to bring the doxie home (her name is Symphony) until January 2nd -- so I'm trying to get as much info as possible before we get her.
Should they be in the same living space?
And how about potty training? Cubby goes outside when I take him -- but how do I now start housebreaking the doxie from scratch with Cubby around?
I'm very nervous that I won't do the right thing...
Any help would be SO appreciated!
God Bless!
