Hi!
I thought i'd introduce Jazzmine here. She is supposed to be a pom/maltese mix, but everyone tells me she looks like a chow, shepherd, sheltie, rottie, etc. She is only 15 lbs and is 9 months old. She's not going to get any bigger. I recently adopted from her someone in the classifieds were trying to find her a home due to military. She is a wonderful dog, very energetic, and bright. She's also extremely affectionate. She is a bit weary of strange people coming into the house and briefly barks until she think it's okay for them to be there.
Housebreaking has been a breeze. I think she was pretty much housetrained from her former owner. Sometimes she sleeps in a crate at night and sometimes she doesn't. I don't really feel it's necessary. The only thing she's chewed up is my headphones to my IPOD and she hasn't done it since. She wakes me up in the morning when she needs to go out.. She's in the yard when I'm at work, but with me the rest of the time.
