i was wondering if anyone has done coursing with their sighthound because we might do it with scirracco if we can. he is a neutered retired racer so i dont know if i can but if anyone has any info or tips it would be great

We just started with Whiskey, Ridgeback. Its alot of fun.

is it hard to train them to do it scirraccos kinda hardheaded and im already training walker in agility i dont have the time to do both but my mom wants to do the coursing

I worried that Whiskey wouldn't chase the lure - after all, it's just a white flag, right? So, we made sure he watched the other dogs run the course. By the time it was his turn, he was ready to break his lead he was so excited! If you have a retired racer I'm sure it will simply come naturally. What kind of dog is he? A greyhound?
