I have used this on Walker since I moved back here since i bathe him and ranger at the same time. I was just wondering if it is bad for his coat or skin??

heres the ingredients
Water, sodium lauryl sulphate, cocamidoprpyl betaine, cocoamide DEA, glycol distearate, fragrance, hydrolyzed protein, sodium chloride, citric acid, DMDM hydantoin.

I'm not sure, but I've used it for years on my horses, dogs, and even myself. I love that stuff. :)

The only ingredient there I would worry about is the SLS or Sodium Lauryl Sulphate. It is harsh and can strip the coat. However used sparingly it won't cause much damage. Here is more info on SLS. http://www.health-report.co.uk/sodium_lauryl_sulphate.htm

ok thanks salem. and Cowgirl so do i :D i love that stuff it makes your hair so soft along with your horses and dogs :D:D.

thats all i use with my hair.
I havent thought of using it on dogs before. i bet they would have a soft coat. can you used the conditioner on them too?
