hey
My names maggie
My family owns a cross-bred dog that I want to start on agility.
He is a little anti-social towards other dogs though, and most other people.
He is easily distracted but learns very well.
we have had him for about 2 years and he can already

sit
stay
drop
spin
sit up - from a down position
come
jump through hoops and over bars
find hidden food
leave it
go get it
outside
take something outside
front paws
and he sits on your lap

and he is only about 2 years old

How can we train him to ignore distractions and can a cross-bred dog compete in agility in australia

I would imagin you could compete in aus although im not 100% sure if you check with your kennel club they will tell you.

You can probably find something on the net that will tell you. I wouldn't think not being a purebred would exclude your dog from agility competitions.
