Small lump on the eyelid

Boris has had a small lump on his eyelid for a month or so now... At first we thought it was an insect bite, but it's still here :( It's of greyish color. I'm getting worried so we're going to take him to the vet soon, but has anyone got any experience with such a problem?

is it something like a stye? im sure the vets will have some eye cream to heal it.
