Riley is vomited twice today..once in the morning and once just now. He has vomited days before also. Is it the way I hold him or is it because when he tries to run off on the leash I stand firm?

I would say call your vet and ask. Has he been eating and drinking fine? How is his stool? And how is he acting? Lethargic?

He's been acting normally. He eats fine. His stool is solid. What does lethargic mean?
Also, he has bad odour only coming from his head region, not his body.

Just like he seems tired or has no energy.

Lol well thats good. Maybe he get into something nasty and his system is just working it out.

Yesterday Tucker ate my nephews cream of mushroom soup and not long after threw up. He then threw up again this morning but he's fine now.

Oh ok, well, he's going to the vet in a couple days down in Vancouver so we'll check that too. Does the vet check everything?

The vet should. But I would mention it just in case. Just talk about how your pups been throwing up but has been fine otherwise and just ask what they think it might be.

They usually ask you how the pups been and then check the eyes, ears, teeth, mouth, heart, general body condition, stool check...if he's old enough they'll either test him for heartworms or just start him on heartworm meds (if he's not already on them), and give him his puppy shots.

I'd mention it just to be safe. It sounds like he got into something that smelled bad and didn't taste to good. :)
Is the smell coming from the whole head or just the ears or mouth? If it's the ears their may be an infection (unrelated to vomiting). Just make sure the vet knows what's been going on.

:) No, the smell is from the whole head, but hes having his first shower right now so we'll see how it smells!

lol :) A shower? Ok, ya better watch his ears real carefully then. Make sure no water gets in them. With him being part Lab he might get an ear infection quicker if water gets in there. Put cottonballs in his ear to help keep the water out.

Let us know how he smells afterwards and if he's still sick.

He smells superb. About the ears, I didn't see your post earlier, but I didn't get any water/shampoo in his ears or eyes. I used a cup and kept rinsing luke warm water on his head (covering his face) and and body to rinse out the shampoo.

At least he smells better. :) It sounds like he got into some nasty smelling stuff while outside (or maybe somewhere inside?) that didn't agree with him.
