Sore on leg, help!

Cricket (our Chihuahua female) is recently recovering from a bad case of fleas. Being out in the country doesn't help much, but we've been doing the best we can. She recently developed a sore on her leg where the hair is no longer, it just looks like a bad sore she keeps chewing and licking. I tried applying neosporin and bandaging it but she just tears it off. I'm not exactly sure what it is or how to keep her from getting to it. Here is a picture of it..

First, see your Vet. :) If it isn't infected, you will probably need to put an e-collar on her until it has healed.

Looks like a hot spot to me....one of my goldens had terrible hot sots from eith fleas or ticks. ( Before the new stuff ). Better vet check ...if from fleas, watch for tape worms.
