When we are gone charlie stays in our kitchen with the use of a baby gate. He jumps up and down and barks while I am leaving, and as if that would not break my heart enough! he sometimes goes and grabs a toy and jumps up and down with it as if to say "you can have the toy, please let me out, ill be a good boy, ill be good, please please please take my toy and let me come with you"

Does anyone else have a dog that does this?

lol :) You don't have to have it deleted. It's a funny topic and cute.

Right about the time we're done eating...the plates could already be in the kitchen (no food around anymore)...and Tira will bring a toy over, look at you, and drop it. Then look at you like, "ok, you've got my toy where's the food?" or she'll bring a toy and we'll get her to 'give it' to us, then we'll throw it and instead of going after it she'll look like, "what'd ya do that for? I still want some food." :) You'd have to see it to appreciate it.
