my dog has sticky eyes how can i remedy this

Is it green gunge?
If so then it is likely to need Meds from the vets.
If not, then i just bath with warm salt water for Bailey.

My 2yr. old Dal has lots of eye boogers. Now he has something bluish-white covering part of the lower inner corner of his eye. What should I do????
