Im scared :(

I think somethings really wrong with brutis... I have him here with me at work, and all day hes been just laying there and sleeping. He always wants to play but today hes barely walking.... He does have worms, and is in the middle of the de-worming. His body also feels quite hot. He eats like a pig still and drinks alot of water, but one of the guys I work with said he was dehydrated. Im taking him to the vet as soon as im off work, but Im thinking that its something serious. Does anyone know whats wrong? Im very worried...:(

Has he had any sickness or diarrhea?
I wonder if it could be the worming meds not areeing with him?

Is Brutis the dog in your picture? If so, he looks really young and this could be an allergic reaction to his de-wormer.... I would let the Vet know asap.
