Khaki learned "speak" with only 3 treats

Yep, I taught Khaki to speak with both a hand signal and voice last night with only 3 treats. After the 3rd treat, she got it everytime immediately with no delay. I worked with her this morning again and she got it everytime...

I've never trained a dog that can learn as fast as she can. She is my first Australian Shepherd and I didn't realize how smart they are although everything I read stressed their intelligence.

Yeah they are....

And she can be too smart sometimes. I can tell she plays with MY mind some. She loves to put all her toys underneath the couch and start barking and whining until I get them out for her. I get them out, and within minutes, they are all under there again and it starts all over, haha....I finally had to start taking her toys away for a little while to stop her from doing that. She still does it, but only once, I give her that one time, and she knows she gets that one time only, or they get taken away...

*claps* yea!! Roxy learned it fast, but Hades i just can't get him too. He must just be like a "quiet person".lol

A great trick is that "bang-shoot'em and play dead". Company would just find it hilarious!
