Ok so I know most of you are against breeding mixes and so am I but we can still think they are cute right? What's your favorite mix? And I know often its hard to have a standard look because its so hard but just in general, anyone have a favorite? I'm not supporting mixed breeding just want to know.
I think Basschshunds (basstet hound/ dachsund) are cute. Also Scoodle (Poodle / Scottish Terrier mix) and another, Yorkie Russell (Yorkshire Terrier / Jack Russell Terrier cross)

I've always liked the messy terrier mix look. I love that movies are now using these non-descript mixes from shelters in films so as not to encourage sale hikes and hightened demand with purebred or easily (2 breed) mixed breed dogs. Unique, messy, goofy..that's what I'm always drawn to.:D

I myself like *my* Toller/Border Collie mix. I really don't have a favourite mix at all, I hate the idea of designer breeds and don't care for the appearance of most. Although, I must say that every GSD/Golden mix I've ever seen was absolutely gorgeous.

^^ would your mix be Tango from your sig? If so then Toller/Border Collie are cute. I agree I don't like designer dogs purposely bred, this summer I'm going to adopt a mix from a shelter.

i expect people who weren't smart enough to keep their intact bitch from mating to whatever dog showed up first.
of course, i feel the same way about most of the "designer breeds". who in the world mixes a lab with a poodle or a pug with a jack russell or any of these big money breeds.

I don't know but I sure wish they'd stop. IMO they're just ruining 2 breeds by mixing them; especially when you could just improve on the 2 breeds you've got in the first place (or just love them as a pet). :) Ok, so ruining is the wrong word, ummm, defiling/degrading/making the breed less popular/etc. I can't think of the right word now. :o

Please I know you aren't arguing but can we try to stay of topic about the ethics of mixed dog breeding, I hate when threads turn to arguements, I just wanted to know for fun.

I am partial to the "Doberweiller"(don't know if their is such a thing yet). I just rescued an 8 year old boy last Friday. All those years with one family and they felt it was befitting to dump him at a pet resort in the middle of the night. He is so handsome, wonderful, healthy and fit!
