Soooooooooooooooo proud of her. She is doing well. Sorry I havent updated in awhile, but been busy scrambling for ovtes for my son(Did ya vote??)

She is walking the enitre legnth of my yard now. She has learned to lay and crawl to the water bowl and food bowl, she is still MAJOR wobbly, but she is learning to walk. She has strted to sit perfectly now. She has started to stand, legs very splayed, but still, without a leg shooting out here and there on her.

Id say she is gonna be alright~EXCEPT, I am worried about her weight. I noticed she is struggling to stand from a lay down position. I even think I heard her wimper Sunday. She is very petite, very small, but I am hoping her legs really build up and really quick.

She is going to training to be a therapy dog, the idea grammy gave about visiting children with disabilities, they loved it. She is soooo spoiled, we never reprimanded her much, so the nipping and wildness is stopping now. She is learning well, so smart. And to this day has never had an accident in the house OR her cage. NEVER EVER! She learned what "no bite" means already, took 1 day!

Anyway, there is a positive update on Daizy. Keep her in your prayers so she overcomes the weight obstacle.

And go vote!!!!

I am so glad to hear Daizy is doing better. Poor baby has been through a lot.

Would she be able to swim? It seems like it would help build her legs muscles...with needed supervision...of course.

She has been through alot, and so have we! It has been a long road and I prolly wouldnt wish this much work on anybody~BUT it has so far been rewarding! She is wiggling around the house this moment, happy I am home! I opened the door to come in and at my house that is almost impossible because as soon as the door opens, all the dogs are right there. Happy to see you home, but wont move to let you in!!!!!!!!! Anyway, the others heard me pull up, aand so did she, they all crowded the door where Daizy couldnt get in there, and when it opened, she flopped out on the patio!!She was wiggling soooooo much!Soooooooooo happy. That alone is rewarding!

She does swim all the time, she has got definition, no doubt, you can see muscles, they are just small.

I swear on my grandpas grave(and GOD he was the best man!) that if it werent for her wobbliness and balance problem and motor skills, she is an absolute 10 on the perfection scale! I swear it! From her bite to her feet to her tail, everything is just so perfect and "standard" it is amazing....and a shame!

Anyway, Im happy for having her. And the boys are doing well. They get carried away rough housing sometimes but with quick correction, they are learning. They walk so great on leashes together. They are good boys. Dixie is well too. Sometimes she thinks she is one of them and gets alittle rough and carried away, maybe tosses one of them too hard, but she is learning as well. It is all working out. We are making it.

I sold my Mach1 this weekend(on my birthday!!!) ***CRY**** and bought a new 2006 full size GMC 4 door truck. The back seat is large enough for the dog crate for transporting them fro training and such. This way they do not have to ride in a crate in the back of a truck. I can fit 2 crates in the back seat with the seats down. So thats a major move for the dogs! I miss my car! The things we do for love!

Oh well, thanks guys..............................AND VOTE!

I think the swimming is probably helping her a lot? Do you up it? It's such a great therapeutic exercise and not too hard on her bones. I bet it's helping her stand on her own four feet. Good for you! I'm readlly happy to hear this.
