He will probably have a caffeine rush! I would call the vet to ask, but more than likely he will be ok. At least you know he has impeccable taste.
Is he bouncing off the walls yet? lol

If you're thinking about the problem with chocolate, it's not the caffeine that's poison to dogs so much as it is the theobromide.
This might make you feel better: http://www.petplace.com/dogs/why-dogs-can-t-eat-chocolate/page1.aspx
It's still a good idea to check with your vet though.
And maybe you'd better switch to cappucinos ;)

It wasn't ours, which really got us angry. I plan to post about that and get somee feedback, but the vet said that he would be fine. She said she was more worried about the sugar than the caffeine, although caffeine isnt good either.

Amazingly, he was fine. When we were waiting at the vet and he laid down to nap, lol. Our vet came in, played with Buddy, etc and then we were going over our cats x-rays and he plopped down and closed his eyes. I told the vet what happened and she said the worst that coudl happen would be tons and tons of energy.. I looked down at Buddy and said, "Reeeally?" LOL. It was too funny.
Oh, and this was an hour after he got to it...
