i recently received my puppy (7 weeks old) and right now I see gray bumps on the ear and face of the dog, I'm assuming they may be caused from the fleas, but currently unsure...
any advice?

What happened that you ended up witha pup so young?

Doesn't sound like fleas to me but the pup is due for a vet visit and first set of shots and deworming. Could be scabs from playing with litter mate, mange? I would say get it checked out by someone who can take a look and maybe a skin scraping.

I would definitely agree to have your pup checked out by your vet. The pup may need some medication.
