cracked tooth- bad breath

good morning...
one of laneyb's baby teeth is cracked from the bottom to the top. it's one of those long sharp ones (i don't know what they're called). i have an appointment with the vet on tuesday. laneyb also has bad breath.. could the two be related? she also eats cat poop sometimes... i guess i want to know what could cause b.b. and how to get rid of it..

My pup cracked two of her baby teeth....and her breath isn't that great now either....One of them has been peushed out by an adult tooth. But on is still in there all mangled...But it is loose now and about to fall out. I've just been brushing more. And I got these treats that freshen her up. :)

My friend's dog had broken off the bottom of one of her canines, and though it did not look rotten, the vet said it had to be removed because it was rotten on the inside. When it was removed, the dog's bad breath went away.

could be an absess around that tooth, which may be why it broke to begin with. your wise to get it checked...they'll probably remove it, and the yukky breath will improve. ahhhh, the imfamous cat treats....probably doesn't help! lol :)
