Tummy noises

So all day Boones stomache has been making gurgling noises and he won't eat his breakfast.
He hasn't gotten into anything wierd that I know of.
He is going to the vet tonight to get his neuter stiches out. Should I be worried?? Any suggetions?

probably a little indigestion...I wouldn't worry about it unless his appetite doesn't return.

Well he ate about 2 hours after I made the post. He's been going to the bathroom just fine also. I asked the vet and she said to give him some gravol if he's still feeling icky in the evening, but things seem to have sorted themselves out.
