Hey everyone!

Today Midnite and I spent most of our afternoon at the vet's office because yesterday I noticed that a part of her incision seemed to be leaking and I noticed a lump that I thought might be filled with liquid.

Sure enough when her vet stuck the needle into the lump a brown, nasty looking liquid came out. So he took her into the back and drained the rest. When they returned she was wearing some yellow vet wrap and the vet techs had made her a red heart to place on top. Her vet said that I must have caught it just as it was happening since there wasn't much liquid.

He told me to keep our Friday appointment to have her sutures removed and I hope that everything's okay by then and she can have them removed. I just want this whole experience to be over with!

Here are some pictures I snapped of her today with her snazzy new look! :)

Hope the links work! If not I will correct them tomorrow.

That's kind of cute, too bad for the reason behind it! I hope she gets back to normal soon!

Sorry she feels so bum. That's no fun. I am sorry, I must have missed it, what did she have done? That is a troublesome area because there is always pulling do to normal stride and there is often a tendency to have that happen. I am glad they wrapped her up, it will help keep pressure on the area and shouldn't want to fill up again.
I will say a little prayer for her.

Midnite says thanks to everyone for the comments and prayers!

Laura: Midnite had surgery to remove a mast cell tumor almost two weeks ago. Luckily she is cancer free! Thank you for your prayers. :)
