is this suppost to happen after surgery?

after my 7 months old sheltie got neutered and had that hole in his tummy closed he hasn't been feeling well. every morning he would vomit and every time he goes outside to go potty he always gets dirrea. is that suppost to happen? its been almost 3 days now:confused:

every day he seems like normal and always active still but he just eats a lot less. he barly eats anything from the bowl when its time for him to eat

It is not too uncommon for a puppy to feel a little off after surgery. Anesthesia can upset their stomach and the surgery can of course make them feel crummy but I would say three days is too long. A day or so should allow most of that to pass.
You should call the vet to let them know, they may want to see him or at least send something home to help with that.
How does the incision look?

the stitches doesn't look like they've been chewed off. but i have already called and visited the vet. yoyo just doesn't want to drink or eat anything. the the vet says that he might have to go to emergency if he doesn't.T_T

Your dog is not demonstrating a normal post-surgery behavior. When you say "closed the hole" could you mean that he was neutered and had a hernia repair done? I would defiantly take your dog to the vet right away. A small amount of vomiting can be normal for 24 hours after surgery, but diarrhea is defiantly not.
