Looks like either a Maltese or a Westy to me. He's so tiny, hope he makes it through alright. :(

Pomeranian! does he have a curly tail? if not, i would say hes a long coat chihuahua. Hes too small for a westie.

It looks way too bristley around the muzzle for a smooth faced breed like en Eskie or a Pom to me.
I would guess westie.

I'd say it's all just guessing as young as that pup is. So many different breeds look so similar when they're still that little.
