Posting pictures disabled?

Can some one please tell me why I am not allowed to posts attachments? I uploaded pics into the gallery, how long does it take to get approved? Also wondering why member list is disabled. Do I have to meet requirements such as number of posts or anything for these to work? Finally got some pics of gunner but now I can't post them :(

It usually doesn't take too long for the photos to be approved - it just depends on how soon after you post that Chaz goes through them. He does it at least once I day, I believe.

The member list has been disabled for as long as I've been here.

I can't help you on the attachments, since I always just post photos in the gallery. My internet connection is slow (we're the last line on the string out here in the country, and can't get cable, satellite, DST or any other fast hook-up yet) so I just dread getting into a thread with bunches of photos attached . . .

Your pics are live now on the gallery! I have to moderate them or some peeps will put bad things up or try to sell puppies. What forum did you try to attach a pic to? Some forums you can't attach pics on. We may bring back a Members Dogs Forum again just for posting.

Thanks. I tried to attach them in dog breed discussion but at the bottom of the page under posting rules it says you may not post attachments. I looked at several other sections and the only ones that said I could post attachments were introductions and forum help. I don't think I can post pics in any of the dog discussion sections. How do I attach pics from the gallery?
