My name is Debbie and I live in the Uk. I have 4 Great Danes and a Labrador. Thought it would be nice to chat to other dog owners around the world.

Welcome Debbie! You have 4 of one of my favorite breeds! :) I have had the pleasure of sharing my home with 2 danes in the past. My 1st one, Samson, was a fawn & I got him from the local humane society and my 2nd one, Elgin, was a harlequin who I also rescued. Although both have been gone for years they still hold a special place in my heart.

Thanks for the welcome. My Danes are Zeus (brindle, age 5), Poppy (brindle, age 5) Buster (Harli mis mark, aged 2) and Kiera (fawn, age 11 months). My Labrador is Izzy and she's 10 months old, yellow in colour.
I am about to become the proud owner of a mantle bitch, she is now 6 weeks old, so waiting until she's old enough to leave her mum and litter mates. Although the UK Kennel Club have not announced anything yet, they are in the proccess of adding the Mantle Dane to the breed standard. I am lucky that my little girl is beautifully marked with the full white collar.
Will try and put some pictures of my dogs on when I work out how to do it.

Nice to see some fellow Brits here. Which part of the UK are you moving to frenchboxer?
I have added a picture of my dogs playing together. It's a first attempt at putting a picture on, so fingers crossed.:)

well how did you try to post them? it's easiest if they're aleady online somewhere, then you can just click the yellow box with the triangle and square in it, and enter the link. =)
