Ok, I think Hannah is at the age where MAYBE she can be trusted to not destroy the house if we are gone for an hour at the store. I am definetely going to keep to kitchen crated off though so she can't go in there. How do I train her, and myself, so she can be left alone in the house. She's never been allowed free roam of the house while we were gone and I am VERY nervous she will destroy something (and then my husband will destroy her...LOL). Any suggestions?

Well, when you see that she isn't wrecking stuff at all while you are home, you can try leaving for very short times....10 minutes one time, 20 mintues the next time...see how it goes. If something gets destroyed, it's too early to trust her. There's really nothing to train other than what you've been doing all along...showing her what she can chew on and what is your stuff. It's just something they finally get a sense for when they get older...usually around a year old, give or take.
