...and the world's funniest photo....lol
Ruby and Chester were still being kept separate - although allowed to sniff and whatever through the baby gate. Finally I'd had enough and I thought, `right, I'm going to throw them in the deep end, let them be together and let them work it out' (supervised, of course!).
So, the other night I armed myself with a ton of treats (lol!) and let them at it. Usually Chester runs away yelping but they just wrestled with each other for about five or ten minutes - it was quite full on but nothing untoward - there was no biting or yelping or fear behaviour - and ever since then they have become best friends! We still supervise them at all times when they are together, and they have time on their own, too, just for a break, but they just love each other! It's wonderful to watch - sooooo gorgeous!
