trying to activate my avatar....

sorry, this is just an attempt to see if I did it correctly....when I selected my picture and tried to upsoad it, it said that there was an error. I adjusted the size so I know thats not the problem. Any advice?

ok so it worked but the picture seems fuzzy to me....

I have the avatars set for a set size, I will work some on it this week and see if I can get it to be more flexible. It looks good though :)
