Cramps - epilepsy

Is someone have a expirience with dog who has epilepsy? Maybe you have some suggestions? At the moment I give him only medicaments witch our vet suggest for us and nothing other don't help him so good, like thease. After we started use this medicament, he has carmps, but now they are occasional and 10-15 minits. (before it vas 1 or 2 hours and we drive every time to vet). :confused: :(
