Ok, my hubby is in the kitchen mopping up an accident from Hannah. I just think that it is sort of suspicious that today and a few days ago Hannah ate beef tongue and both those two days she has had a pee accident. Could this be an allergic reaction to the beef tongue. Today I went to let Lily out and Hannah was waiting and when I came back she peed right in front of the door. When I said "Hannah, NO!" She growled at me and then ran to her crate still peeing. She's never growled before at me and usually if she has to go that bad she'll run outside (the door was open) not to her crate. She was fine a few minutes ago when I checked on her she snuggled in my lap. Could the peeing be her being jealous or really having to go or an allergy of some sort to the tongue?

has she had any other type of beef before, for example beef bones? if she is allergic, she would have had the same reaction to any other cut of beef as well.
maybe she has some urinary tract issues?

She needs to have a urinalysis done she could have a bladder infection. Take her to the vet and have her checked over, a bladder infection can happen suddenly. :)

I'm thinking urinary infection too. It hurts a lot when you pee with one, and that would explain why she was growling.

she's had beef before. The beef soup bones and ox tail (wait that's not beef...is it). Maybe she does have an infection.

yup, that's beef. ox tail can be the tail of any cattle, male or female, it doesn't have to be an ox (which is specifically an adult, castrated bull).

I'd have it checked out, however, I think it has something to do with the new puppy, Lily. Have you spent alone time with Hannah? She might feel a little left out especially losing the two dogs she's used to and grown acustomed to. She might be still grieving in her own way and not even understand why their gone and feels that Lily is taking their space.

I spend two hours of alone time with her everyday and then she is with me all day (except when I sleep or eat she is crated). She may be feeling wierd by Lily being here but I know she still loves her though. She was just at the vet's and they never noticed anything wierd about her bladder. I am giving her vitamin c though for the week and see if that will help it any. She had one accident last night but it was because I had raised my voice about something (not even to her) and she is a submissive peer so she peed. That doesn't really count as an accident though.
