I washed Hannah yesterday and since she was SO dirty I shampooed her twice. Well today I notice she has some dandruff (and she never has had any before) so I'm guessing it's from being overshampooed. If I were to wash her agian today would that get rid of the dandruff, or make the problem worse?

1. it could be that the shampoo wasn't completely rinsed off, then dried and flaked.
2. she could have gotten over dry (skin) from the shampoo.
Either way I would probably do a good rinsing. That way if it is #1 it will be all gone and if it is #2 the plain water won't make it worse.
If she still has it after the rinse then you might want to look into a dandruff shampoo, conditioner, and/or addative to her food or treat.
I have to give my dogs baths often so I watch their skin closely and I give them this stuff for heatly coats/ helps w/ shedding etc. It's similar to an oil. Plus the one gets these treats that help w/ shedding, body odor, etc. I get them at petsmart. If I don't give it to her she shed so much and has really bad body odor.
